Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging with all labels intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Supplements and wellness gummies once the packaging has been opened
  • Personal care products after use
  • Digital products (Sleep Guide) once downloaded
  • Sale items and gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receipt with supporting photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, we recommend returning your current item and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without receiving your refund, please contact us.

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers in European Union countries have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
